Nestled on the outskirts of Rotherham, Willow House is our carefully designed home, created specifically to offer comfort, consistency, and warmth. Here, small groups of young people are cared for by a highly skilled, compassionate staff team dedicated to creating an environment that feels truly like home.
We focus on building positive relationships, engaging young people through therapeutic parenting methods, and ensuring that every child's voice is heard and valued. At Willow House, children have the space to express themselves safely and authentically, supporting their emotional well-being and personal growth.
Our Approach
Our care model is grounded in therapeutic principles, including the Gallagher Theory of Change and PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy). We support young people in developing essential coping skills and resilience, helping them navigate life's challenges with confidence. Our commitment extends beyond immediate care—encouraging young people through education, recreation, and meaningful community involvement to prepare for a successful, fulfilling future.
